Most effective Leadership & Management
Leadership and management has similarity in term of responsible but it has some points difference. Most people think it is same position and role. Management is restraint and accomplishment of management. However, leadership means person who describe in easy way and influence the behaviour and performance to other people.
According to Belbin said that “there is clear implication that leadership is not part of the job but a quality that can be brought to a job. The work that leadership encompasses in the context clearly is not assigned but comes about spontaneously.” (Mullins and Christy,2016)

According to the table, the main difference management and leadership have point that difference clearly. Manager has planning about objective of company, manage budgeting that authorities provides project to manager. Also, manager is a person who operate standard that company requires and making decision problem when employee or work have problem. On the other hand, leadership concern on vision or goal in long period and leadership is a person who have high skill and able to encourage employee to work. Leadership has responsibility to building relationship and make sure about team work in company. They are ability to listen and counsellor to employment.
Action centred leadership
Base on research about management and leadership, it has one model of Adair’s model that related to topic including task needs, individual needs and team maintenance needs (Adair,1973). Leadership concern on task needs by effort to reach company’s goal by direction goal to member or employee to know. Moreover, company need to focus on team maintenance and individual needs by communicate and feedback within group. So, the advantage of this model is guideline or attempt to achieve goal and concern on how to be a good leadership. It helps and improve individual needs. It easy to understand task, team and individual needs.
Example of Leadership
I provide two examples to easy understand about leadership including Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg
Jeff Bezos is a CEO of Amazon.com. the online website that famous in social network. He is a one person that follow to his vision. He try to motivate the website to the top of ecommerce leadership. Before Amazon will be a leadership in online website. He has failure in work. He taken failure by learning and inspiring in development. He works hard to build culture and vision to their organization (Jerry J.,2016)
Other example of leadership is Mark Zuckerberg or the owner of Facebook that success in short period. His leadership style is loving challenges and create new innovation. As you know his characteristic is difference from other leadership but he always encourages people to do. He seems like a democratic style by focus on his people and motivate people to exchange idea and suggestion because he think this approach will help high effective and occur creativity without pressure to people. Moreover, he concern on building relation between leader and subordinate by attempt conversation and listen people (Joseph C,2015)
In conclusion, leadership and management has difference in responsible. Leadership is a person who set the vision and influence to motive employee to follow but management is person who planning and make decision making in part of responsible. I think manager can learn and try to understand the responsibility of leadership for guideline to apply with their position because leadership require high standard skill for management organization. Also, manager should monitor environment and exchange or communication with people more than past. Manager should power to encouragement employee to follow company’s vision.
